Dampfturbinen Sales and Service Manager

**Welcome to Stork** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager Rotating Equipment to join our team in Essen. If you are looking for a challenging position in a dynamic environment, we would be delighted to get to know you.
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
- In collaboration with the Sales Team, Sales Management, and the Organization, you will establish a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline.
- From inquiry to proposal submission and explanation, you will lead the sales organization and ensure that the customer's performance report is optimally covered by Stork GmbH in terms of timing, quality, and price.
- You will prepare and execute the handover of orders to the Operations Department, ensuring that all subsequent departments receive the necessary information for optimal order processing.
- After sending the proposals, you will regularly follow up with the customer and ensure good forecast transparency.
- In coordination with the Sales Team and Sales Management, you will work towards achieving sales targets and ensure a sustainable inflow of orders.
**What We Are Looking For:**
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or other technical field, or a completed technical apprenticeship.
- Several years of professional experience and ideally knowledge in the field of steam turbines.
- Sales affinity, a secure and friendly demeanor, and a service-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Initiative, independent work, and flexibility.
- Good team and communication skills, as well as German and English language skills.
- Good IT skills (MS Office) complete your profile.
