About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability while ensuring a strong focus on environment, health, and safety (EHS) performance. You'll develop and implement key account plans and strategies, lead sales management, and provide feedback to the Division on gaps in offering, performance, and quality.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement key account plans and strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
- Lead sales management, including performance management and development of territory parts and services sales teams
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify actions needed to develop sales opportunities
- Proactively drive improvement actions with key stakeholders to secure new business and grow our business to achieve set targets
About You
We're looking for someone with a relevant degree and a few years of experience in sales management, preferably from the mining and construction industry. You should have experience working in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and global teams, as well as knowledge of EHS practices. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.
