Ihre Rolle bei Alstom

Als Senior Project Manager:in sind Sie verantwortlich für die Gesamtprojektteamleitung in einem internationalen Projektumfeld. Sie führen das Kernteam und die Projektmanager, interne und externe Partner entsprechend der Projektstruktur. Sie erstellen den Projektplans, legen Meilensteine und Verantwortlichkeiten fest und vertreten das Unternehmen gegenüber allen Stakeholdern.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtprojektteamleitung in einem internationalen Projektumfeld
  • Führung des Kernteams und der Projektmanager
  • Erstellung des Projektplans
  • Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber allen Stakeholdern
  • Delegation von Arbeitspaketen und Überwachung der Arbeitsergebnisse
  • Kontrolle der qualitativen und kostengünstigen Umsetzung der Projektziele
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung des Projektfortschritts
  • Professionelles Management der am Projekt beteiligten Mitarbeiter
  • Sicherstellung einer effektiven Projektkoordination

Ihr Profil

Wir suchen nach einer Person mit Erfahrung als Projektleiter/in in internationalen Projekten, vorzugsweise der Eisenbahnindustrie. Sie sollten ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Ingenieurwissenschaften haben und über ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement im internationalen Umfeld verfügen.
