Project Supply Chain Manager

At Alstom, we're shaping the future of transportation. Our diverse portfolio of high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams connects cities and reduces carbon emissions. As a Project Supply Chain Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate supply chain activities and interfaces within assigned projects.
  • Act as the primary contact for the supply chain area within the project core team.
  • Implement group requirements with suppliers.
  • Establish and synchronize supply chain processes with project requirements.
  • Monitor and manage material requirements planning, considering production needs.
  • Review requirements and computerized purchase orders for schedule and content conformity to project requirements.
  • Participate in higher-level meetings and organize/moderate meetings within the project core team.

Your Profile:

  • Completed 3 years of subject-related vocational training and additional professional training (state-certified technician or state-certified business economist) or several years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, especially Supplier Management.
  • Auditor background.
  • ERP SAP experience.
  • Sourcing or Quality experience.
  • Soft skills: proactivity, high communication skills.
