Als Senior Project Manager:in bei Alstom werden Sie Teil eines internationalen Teams, das sich auf die Entwicklung und Fertigung von Wasserstoff- und Elektrotriebfahrzeugen, Lokomotiven und Straßenbahnen spezialisiert hat. In dieser Rolle werden Sie Gesamtprojektteamleitung in einem internationalen Projektumfeld führen und das Kernteam und die Projektmanager entsprechend der Projektstruktur leiten.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung des Projektplans, Festlegung von Meilensteinen und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber allen Stakeholdern, allem voran unserer Kunden
  • Delegation von Arbeitspaketen und Überwachung der Arbeitsergebnisse
  • Kontrolle der qualitativen und kostengünstigen Umsetzung der Projektziele
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung des Projektfortschritts, Ableitung und Einleitung von Lösungsmaßnahmen
  • Professionelles Management der am Projekt beteiligten Mitarbeiter
  • Sicherstellung einer effektiven Projektkoordination und Optimierung des Informationsflusses
  • Vertretung des Projektes bis zum Topmanagement des Unternehmens

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwissenschaften o.ä.)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter/in in internationalen Projekten, vorzugsweise der Eisenbahnindustrie
  • Profunde Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement im internationalen Umfeld
  • Klar strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem unternehmerischen Denkvermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Affinität zu technischen Themen und Zusammenhängen
  • Verhandlungssicherheit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sicheres Auftreten im internationalen Umfeld
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Office
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
