Commercial Leader (m/w/d)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Leader to join our team at Netto Marken-Discount Stiftung & Co. KG.

Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Leader, you will be responsible for the independent management of a sales area with multiple branches. Your key tasks will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and excellence in customer service
  • Managing and controlling sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and improve operational efficiency
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business administration or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales and leadership
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Fluency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
