We are seeking a motivated individual to join our logistics operations team at our headquarters, either on a full-time or part-time basis, as a Logistics Operations Specialist.
Your Responsibilities- Oversee transportation processes for maritime, ground, and air freight deliveries.
- Organize daily logistics routes and ensure the efficient execution of all transport orders.
- Work in close collaboration with sales and production teams on logistics issues and maintain communication with our freight partners.
- Manage logistics service invoicing and the processing of freight bills.
- Completed vocational training in a commercial field.
- Experience in managing intricate logistics orders along with solid geographical knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and logistics management software.
- Ability to work independently, structured, and with a focus on solutions.
- Confident communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service and assertiveness.
