Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Freight Export Manager to join our team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our airfreight department, you will be responsible for maintaining an excellent service performance and contributing to the growth of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process air freight export shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Track and review shipments, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Negotiate rates and place orders with airlines, optimizing our logistics operations.
  • Prepare and review freight documents, invoices, and customs declarations.
  • Monitor compliance with dangerous goods regulations and ensure safe transportation processes.
  • Collaborate with customers to provide exceptional support and resolve any queries or concerns.
  • Monitor and report on project status, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.

Requirements

  • Completed studies or vocational training in forwarding and logistics services in Germany.
  • Professional experience in export/import/cross trades, air freight, sea freight, or land transport.
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
  • High customer service awareness and a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
