Job Description**Job Title:** Freight General Manager
**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Freight General Manager to lead our German business and drive growth and development. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and a deep understanding of the freight forwarding industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement the regional strategy for Germany
- Work closely with the Managing Director for Europe to achieve business objectives
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager in the freight forwarding industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary of €90k - €100k
- A bonus of 5% based on EBITDA
