The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an excellent service performance in the airfreight department, ensuring seamless coordination and processing of shipments, tracking, and order review. The role requires strong communication skills, particularly in English, to provide customer support and negotiate rates with airlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process air freight export and import shipments
- Track and review orders to ensure timely delivery
- Negotiate rates with airlines and prepare freight documents
- Prepare and monitor customs documents and freight invoices
- Ensure compliance with dangerous goods regulations
- Monitor transport processes and loading of cargo
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Monitor and report on project status
Requirements:
- Completed studies or vocational training in forwarding and logistics services
- Professional experience in export/import/cross trades, air freight, sea freight, or land transport
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- High customer service awareness
