Role Overview
As a CRM Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer engagement strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing CRM campaigns, including targeted emails and app notifications to connect with both new and existing clients.
  • Developing and refining CRM journeys, conducting tests, and analyzing outcomes to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Design teams to ensure the delivery of relevant content to our customers.
  • Paying close attention to detail in content creation, email design, and the execution of communications.
  • Utilizing an analytical approach to work with extensive data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of email and app notifications to identify opportunities for channel optimization.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong interest in CRM, with prior experience in finance or regulated markets considered advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and email marketing tools; familiarity with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A hands-on approach to finding practical solutions for complex challenges.
  • A high affinity for data, with the capability to draw insights from relevant business metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL; experience with AMPscript is a bonus.
  • A desire to work in a dynamic environment characterized by flat hierarchies.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and proficiency in English.
