Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our project teams and provide strategic counsel to executives of renowned organizations on matters pertaining to digital evolution.
  • Identify and engage new clients, develop tailored service offerings, and facilitate negotiation processes.
  • Convert advanced technological trends into pioneering business concepts, establish sustainable business frameworks and strategies, and enhance our consulting focus areas.
  • Actively engage in the growth and development of diconium, mentor members of our Consulting Team, and foster their professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • A distinguished degree, ideally with a specialization in Business, Technology, IT, or Innovation.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Digital, or E-Commerce sectors, either within a corporate environment or a reputable consulting firm.
  • Extensive knowledge and passion for diverse subjects such as Digital Business Models, Corporate Strategy, Change Management, Transformation Management, Agile Organizational Development, Coaching, Multi-Channel Strategies, Customer Experience, Online Marketing, CRM, E-Commerce, IT Systems, IoT, and Connected Life.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, structured thought processes, results-driven mindset, along with leadership experience, effective communication, and assertiveness in both German and English.
