Electrolyzer Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced procurement professional to lead our electrolyzer procurement team at H-TEC Systems GmbH. As the Department Lead Procurement Electrolyzer, you will be responsible for building, leading, and developing the purchasing department in the area of electrolyzers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing volumes and ensure delivery reliability
- Design and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on procurement performance
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure availability and ensure delivery reliability
- Foster a high-performance culture and motivating working environment within the procurement team
- Graduate degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or similar field
- Proven experience in purchasing and management, with a strong background in the automotive engineering/automotive supplier/plant engineering industry
- Excellent analytical and structuring skills, with the ability to work closely in cross-functional teams
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English language
