As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the complete recruitment process, from attracting talent to facilitating onboarding. Your role will be pivotal in sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment journey, and aiding new employees in their transition into ECFR. This position offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead all recruitment initiatives from the outset.
- Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process, including job advertisements, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Formulate and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to draw in high-caliber candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing requirements and offer insights on optimal hiring practices.
- Create recruitment guidelines for hiring managers and conduct training sessions on the recruitment process and interviewing techniques.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, providing them with the necessary resources and information for a successful start.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and collaborate with various departments to facilitate a seamless transition.
- Prepare and manage all onboarding documentation and processes, including offer letters, employment contracts, and background checks.
- Maintain precise and current records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Utilize data and analytics to continuously enhance recruitment processes and strategies.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a dynamic environment, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and implementing best practices in talent acquisition, ensuring sustainable recruitment efforts beyond the duration of the role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Personio.
- Adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks, with the ability to respond to changing conditions and tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
