Key Responsibilities of a Junior DSP Acquisition Specialist at Amazon Deutschland N16 Transport GmbH

As a Junior DSP Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment and onboarding process of Delivery Service Partners at Amazon Deutschland N16 Transport GmbH. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Screening and tracking candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners to foster a collaborative environment
  • Utilizing software tools for efficient candidate management and data analysis

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or onboarding with a focus on talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional language proficiency in French, Spanish, Dutch, or Italian to enhance communication with diverse stakeholders
