Danish Language Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Danish Language Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in our hiring process, aiding in the identification, evaluation, and interviewing of candidates, while collaborating closely with our team to ensure effective job placements.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage Danish-speaking candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews via phone and video to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural compatibility.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both candidates and employers.
- Work alongside the recruitment team to align candidates with appropriate job vacancies.
- Offer support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Remain informed about industry trends and market dynamics to effectively counsel candidates on job prospects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Danish, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven and capable of working autonomously.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable working remotely and utilizing digital tools for recruitment activities.
