Head of Growth Marketing

Contorion GmbH, Germany's largest online specialist retailer for professional tradesmen and industrial supplies, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to become part of our team as our Head of Growth Marketing. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a long-term vision, commercial acumen, and the ability to identify market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing and CRM strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Lead our high-performing marketing team, overseeing Performance Marketing & CRM teams, including SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Display, and CRM channels.
- Manage budgets, track performance, and achieve marketing goals across various channels.
- Generate actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns by using data analytics.
- Improve efficiency by implementing marketing automation tools and workflows.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
- Lead and mentor a diverse, multilingual, and multicultural team of marketing professionals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Five-plus years of experience in marketing leadership roles driving growth, with a focus on CRM and performance marketing.
- Demonstrated experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills (balancing hands-on and empowering) to manage a diverse team of experts and foster growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience utilizing data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with a long-term vision, commercial acumen, and the ability to identify market opportunities.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
