Wir suchen eine:n erfahrene:n Spezialist:in im Bereich Performance Marketing für die Position als Leiter:in Performance Marketing (m/w/d). Ihre Expertise wird entscheidend sein, um unsere Projekte im Bereich Venture- und Wachstumsmanagement voranzutreiben.

Ihr Profil
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Performance Marketing, idealerweise in einer Agentur und auf Senior-Level
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Suchmaschinenmarketing (SEM), Social Media Werbung, Display-Werbung und Conversion-Optimierung
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, um Daten in umsetzbare Strategien zu verwandeln
  • Vertrautheit mit Marketing-Tools und -Plattformen zur Erreichung herausragender Ergebnisse
  • Überzeugende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
Aufgaben
  • Validierung von Geschäftsideen durch die schnelle Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen
  • Verantwortung für Kampagnenmanagement, insbesondere über Google und Meta
  • Analyse und Reporting von Leistungsdaten zur Ableitung strategischer Empfehlungen
  • Durchführung von A/B-Tests zur Identifizierung von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten und Steigerung der Conversion-Rate
