About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cadillac City Attendant. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, providing personalized product consultations and showcasing our luxury vehicles.
  • Capture and qualify leads, ensuring seamless handovers to our City Guides.
  • Provide first-level customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize POS operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Support EU-wide delivery, event, and pop-up initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English.
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive, premium/luxury retail, or hospitality, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Driver's license with a clean record, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Passion for EVs and GM's/Cadillac's products, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
