We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cadillac Sales Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automotive sales and service at our Cadillac City store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with customers, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and consultation to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our luxury vehicles.
  • Capture and qualify leads, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to sale.
  • Ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standards, reflecting the Cadillac brand's reputation for excellence.
  • Schedule and conduct test drives, providing customers with a comprehensive understanding of our vehicles' capabilities.
  • Provide first-level customer support, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer basic consultation on financial solutions, including leasing and loan options.
  • Assist customers with on-site ordering, guiding them through the digital customer journey.
  • Identify areas for improvement in our Point of Sale (POS) operations and workflows, reporting feedback to management.
  • Support EU-wide delivery, event, and pop-up initiatives, promoting the Cadillac brand and its products.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive, premium, or luxury retail, or hospitality.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for electric vehicles and the Cadillac brand.
