This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cadillac City Sales Advisor, where you will play a key role in guiding potential electric vehicle customers and the general public in their exploration journey. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work in a unique and dynamic local atmosphere, while enjoying the full resources and backing of General Motors, including ongoing professional development support.
About the Role:- Provide prompt and knowledgeable advice to customers
- Advise customers on all aspects of the Cadillac ownership and convert them into sales by conducting test drives, helping them select the right product configuration and purchase option
- Become key point of contact for all questions related to the Cadillac ownership cycle
- Develop a deep understanding of product features, sales and service processes
- Contact prospective buyers via all means of communication and provide the highest level of courtesy by applying a customer-centric, quality mindset
- Achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals in line with Cadillac's KPIs to meet strategic milestones for business growth
- Mentor, onboard and coordinate junior levels, interns and external promoter staff
- Schedule and prepare customer deliveries in coordination with vehicle admin. team
- Attend local events to increase brand awareness and grow sales
- EU wide delivery, event and pop-up support
- Exceptional people skills including strong oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening ability
- Driver's license (clean record)
- 4-6 years of automotive, premium/luxury retail sales or hospitality experience
- Willingness to work on weekends, flexibility is key
- Passion for EVs, GM's/Cadillac's products
- Fluent in German and English language skills
