Brand Activation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Activation Lead to join our team at ahead. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and executing impactful brand activation strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute unique offline activation strategies, focusing on events, partnerships, and samplings to build emotional connections with consumers and amplify brand awareness.
  • Spearhead memorable and engaging live activations, ensuring all experiences resonate deeply with consumers and set the brand apart from competitors.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with top-tier influencers, media, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and create authentic collaborations that drive consumer loyalty and trust.
  • Continuously analyze the impact of brand activations and events, using data to refine strategies, maximize engagement, and drive results.
  • Cross-functionally lead marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistency and alignment between offline activations and the overall brand strategy.
  • Stay ahead of cultural and industry trends, continuously adjusting activation strategies to stay relevant and conduct research on local markets and consumer behavior to tailor events and partnerships for maximum resonance.
Requirements:
  • Proven brand activation expertise with 5+ years of experience in brand activation or live marketing within fast-paced environments, preferably in sectors like FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with expertise in developing emotionally engaging brand activations that resonate with consumers and drive both awareness and growth.
  • Offline marketing success with a strong track record of delivering impactful offline marketing campaigns, including events, trade shows, and experiential activations.
  • Leadership and team collaboration with experience leading teams and working cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and external partners to execute seamless activations.
  • Passion for brand building with a deep understanding of brand development and a focus on live experiences and creating differentiated, memorable moments.
  • Cultural and trend awareness with the ability to identify and leverage cultural moments and market trends to ensure activations remain fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Results-driven approach with a strong focus on ROI and performance, ensuring that all activations are data-driven and contribute to long-term brand success.
