Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Steuerberater, der sich auf Corporate Tax Services spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat wird Teil unseres Teams sein und sich auf die laufende steuerliche Betreuung von Großkonzernen und mittelständischen Unternehmen bis hin zu Familienunternehmen konzentrieren.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Wir suchen nach einem Experten, der nationale und internationale Mandanten bei der Steuerplanung und -gestaltung unterstützt.
  • Der Kandidat wird als Ansprechperson für alle steuerlichen Fragestellungen fungieren.
  • Er wird für den Review von Jahresabschlüssen zuständig sein.
  • Die Erstellung von Steuererklärungen wird ebenfalls Teil seiner Aufgaben sein.
  • Der Kandidat wird steuerliche Gutachten erstellen.
  • Die Konzipierung und Beurteilung steuerlicher Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten, u.a. bei M&A-Transaktionen, Umwandlungen und Finanzierungen, runden seine Aufgaben ab.

Dein Profil

  • Der Kandidat sollte ein Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften abgeschlossen haben.
  • Er sollte das Steuerberaterexamen absolviert haben.
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung sind erforderlich.
