In your role as a Consultant within our Tax team, you will bridge the gap between tax regulations and technological advancements.Key Responsibilities
- Tax Technology Development - In the fast-evolving Tax Tech landscape, you will collaborate with tax professionals and IT specialists to translate tax law requirements into our GlobalTaxCenter software. Your contributions will be vital in transforming tax legislation, BMF communications, and accounting standards (HGB, IFRS) into structured programming frameworks. You will play an integral role in enhancing our software from the outset.
- Implementation Support - Engage in dynamic implementation projects, assisting tax departments with the technical deployment of our software and tax consulting services.
- Training and Development - We prioritize keeping our clients informed about the latest developments through webinars and training sessions. You will prepare essential seminar materials and lead training workshops. Participation in external tax expert committees will also enrich your experience.
Qualifications
- Tax Knowledge - A solid understanding of current legislation and its implications for the German Tax Technology sector is essential.
- Analytical Skills - The ability to analyze tax issues with precision is crucial.
- Passion for Tax Law - A keen interest in tax regulations, a diligent work ethic, and teamwork capabilities are important attributes.
- Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (C1+) are necessary.
- Professional Experience - While initial experience in income tax is beneficial, knowledge gained through academic studies is also valuable.
- Personal Attributes - A positive, open-minded, and solution-oriented approach, along with a high sense of responsibility and organizational skills, is expected.
- IT Affinity - A basic understanding of IT concepts is advantageous for developing innovative solutions, though programming skills are not required.
