Position Overview
As we transition towards fully digital tax operations, we provide organizations across various sectors with innovative software solutions and expert tax consulting services. In your role as a Consultant within our Tax division, you will bridge the gap between tax regulations and technological advancements.Key Responsibilities
- Tax Technology Development - Engage with tax and IT professionals in the burgeoning Tax Tech sector to translate tax law requirements into our GlobalTaxCenter software. Your contributions will be vital in the creation of tax expert systems, requiring the objectification of tax regulations, BMF letters, and accounting standards (HGB, IFRS) for programming purposes.
- Project Implementation - Participate in dynamic implementation projects, assisting tax departments with the technical deployment of our software and consulting services related to tax CMS and ICS.
- Training and Development - Keep our clients informed about the latest developments through webinars and training sessions. You will prepare seminar materials and lead training courses, while also having the opportunity to engage in external tax expert groups.
Qualifications
- Tax Expertise - A solid understanding of current legislation and its implications for the German Tax Technology landscape is essential.
- Analytical Skills - The ability to accurately analyze tax issues is crucial.
- Passion for Tax Law - A proactive approach to working with tax regulations, along with strong teamwork skills, is necessary.
- Communication Skills - Proficiency in both German and English (C1+) is required, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Relevant Experience - While initial professional experience in income tax is beneficial, knowledge gained through academic studies is also valued.
- Personal Attributes - A positive, open-minded, and solution-oriented mindset, along with a high sense of responsibility and organized work habits, are expected.
- IT Affinity - A basic understanding of IT concepts is advantageous for developing innovative solutions, though programming skills are not mandatory.
