Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Consultant to join our Data & Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategies, concepts, and services for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions for clients across various industries.
- Lead the technical development of our Data & Analytics team, ensuring the use of state-of-the-art tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data consulting, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
- Advanced degree in a mathematical, statistical, or analytical field.
- Expertise in data analysis, data engineering, business intelligence, and project planning.
- Strong business development skills, with experience in sales, client management, and added-value recognition.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in statistical, programming, and BI tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and Data Studio.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager/Optimize is a plus.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
