As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights. Your expertise in people analytics will help us navigate the complexities of our global workforce, ensuring we make informed decisions that drive growth and success.
Your Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to employee demographics, performance, engagement, retention, and other key metrics.
- Develop and maintain people metrics for regular reporting and ad hoc analysis, presenting findings to key stakeholders across the company.
- Provide data-driven insights to assist in workforce planning, productivity measures, and performance/talent management programs.
- Support all people-related projects and processes by leveraging comprehensive data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, People Business Partners, People Operations, and Forto's People Leadership to ensure alignment and integration of people analytics with broader business strategies.
- Lead and support People analytics projects, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of insights.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented People initiatives and strategies, making recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights.
