About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our DACH Publisher Team as a Digital Sales Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with leading German publishers and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the DACH team in owning and nurturing strategic partnerships with top publishers in the region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve client KPIs and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and proactively take steps to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to identify new opportunities and upsell our platform.
- Collaborate with the product management team to communicate business intelligence and inform new product development features.
Requirements:
- Native/Fluent German speaker.
- 6-12 months of previous experience in digital or adtech, preferably in a sales or account management role.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and identify trends in data and generate actionable insights and reports.
- Outstanding relationship building and management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong phone and email etiquette, in German and English.
- Fast learner, eager to work in the quickly evolving field of online marketing.
- Affinity to technology and data.
- Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated, and creative, with a strong work ethic.
- Publisher experience is a plus.
