Position Overview

As a Visual Communication Specialist in the Strategy Office, you will play a crucial role in translating complex strategic concepts into engaging visual narratives. BIOTRONIK, a leader in the development of cardiovascular and endovascular medical devices, seeks a talented individual to enhance our strategic communication efforts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the visualization of strategic transformations, ensuring clarity from conceptualization to product innovation and user experience.
  • Generate innovative ideas and creative solutions for impactful presentations.
  • Introduce contemporary visualization techniques to elevate our organizational standards.
  • Assist leadership in conveying strategic objectives through clear visual aids and compelling storytelling.
  • Explore intelligent methods to digitize and optimize the presentation of data, bringing our insights to life visually.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience in creating visual graphics, media, and presentations for corporate entities, strategy consultancies, or as an independent contractor.
  • A degree in Marketing, Media, Design, Communications, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Cloud) with extensive experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • A passion for digital and visual products that make a significant impact, with a commitment to excellence in your work.
  • Experience in the medical technology sector is beneficial but not essential.
  • A proactive mindset focused on solutions rather than problems, coupled with a hands-on approach.
  • High intercultural competence and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
