About the Role

As a Visual Business Strategist for the Strategy Office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's future with a focus on innovation and new business models. You will work directly with the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Management Board to co-develop the long-term strategy for BIOTRONIK.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the organization in visualizing and communicating the complex message of strategic transformation from idea to product innovation, product design, and user experience.
  • Deliver ideas and creative solutions for best-in-class presentations that effectively communicate the strategy.
  • Bring up-to-date visualization techniques into the organization and elevate the standard to excellence.
  • Support the leadership team in communicating the strategy via easy-to-understand visual guidance and through innovative, compelling storytelling.
  • Think about smart ways to digitize and optimize the presentation of facts and figures, bringing data visually to life.

About You

  • Demonstrable experience in creating visual graphics, media, and presentations for corporate organizations, strategy consultancies, agencies, or as a freelancer.
  • University degree in marketing, media, design, communications, or similar is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong relevant software graphic tool skills (Adobe CC) with several years of experience managing complex stakeholders successfully.
  • Your heart beats for digital and visual products with impact, and you are interested in making your job not only your passion but giving it the best purpose – to develop solutions for excellence.
  • You will be designing in the highly complex medical technology space – therefore, previous experience in this area is a plus, but not required.
  • Be proactive, think solution-oriented, and driven by a hands-on mentality.
  • High intercultural competence and the ability to work in a dynamic team.
  • Fluent English and German is required.
