We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Consultant to join our Strategy Office at BIOTRONIK. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's future by developing and implementing innovative strategies that drive business growth and excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-impact presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to senior audiences.
- Design and implement visualization techniques that elevate the standard of excellence in our organization.
- Support our leadership team in communicating the strategy through easy-to-understand visual guidance and innovative storytelling.
- Identify opportunities to digitize and optimize the presentation of our facts and figures, bringing our data to life through compelling visualizations.
About You
- Proven experience as a Strategy Consultant or in creating visual graphics, media, and presentations for senior audiences at corporate organizations.
- University degree in any field of study, with a strong emphasis on creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Several years of experience managing complex stakeholders successfully, with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Passion for digital and visual products that drive impact, with a strong desire to make a meaningful contribution to our team.
- Experience in the medical technology space is a plus, but not required.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- High intercultural competence and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team.
- Fluent English and German language skills are required.
