The Strategy Office operates directly under the guidance of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, tasked with co-creating the long-term strategic vision for BIOTRONIK alongside the Chairman and the Management Board. This office is instrumental in shaping the future trajectory of the organization, emphasizing innovation and the exploration of new business models, while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the organization in effectively visualizing and conveying the intricate narrative of strategic transformation, from conceptualization to product innovation, design, and user experience.
- Generate innovative ideas and creative solutions for exceptional presentations.
- Introduce contemporary visualization techniques to elevate our standards to excellence.
- Support the leadership team in articulating the strategy through clear visual guidance and engaging storytelling.
- Explore intelligent methods to digitize and enhance the presentation of data, bringing our insights to life visually.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in crafting visual graphics, media, and presentations for corporate entities, strategy consultancies, agencies, or as an independent contractor.
- A degree in Marketing, Media, Design, Communications, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in graphic software tools (Adobe CC) with several years of experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships successfully.
- A passion for digital and visual products that create impact, with a commitment to transforming your role into a meaningful pursuit aimed at developing solutions that strive for excellence in life.
- Experience in the intricate medical technology sector is beneficial but not essential.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on solutions rather than problems, driven by a hands-on approach.
- High intercultural competence and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
