Overview
We are seeking a dedicated "Project Manager Engineering (f/m/d)" to join our "IFF / Data Link Engineering" division at the Taufkirchen location. The successful candidate will oversee the development of targeted products and product lines within the IFF Product Engineering sector.Key Responsibilities
Conducting thorough analysis of customer specifications (both internal and external), assessing feasibility, and deriving comprehensive product requirements. Formulating a holistic approach to address product-related challenges. Evaluating risks along with time and financial implications, and establishing effective mitigation strategies. Defining and clarifying work steps and packages, preparing detailed descriptions, and accurately estimating costs, including the creation of internal quotations. Identifying potential suppliers, soliciting and reviewing proposals, and ensuring interface compatibility. Setting project milestones, developing work plans and timelines, and coordinating overall project planning. Monitoring and managing project status and processes (services and deadlines), identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions while adhering to economic objectives. Leading team members in alignment with project goals and responsibilities.Qualifications
A degree in communications engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience in secondary radar technology. Background in team leadership, Agile Scrum methodologies, and project management. Familiarity with the complete product development lifecycle (HMS, Hensoldt Management System). Proficiency in tools such as MS-Project, Doors, Jira, and SAP. Excellent command of German and business-level English.Additional Benefits
