Customer Success Intern (m/f/d)

We are seeking a dedicated Intern or Working Student to join our Customer Success Department. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing customer experiences by assisting with various administrative functions, including ticket management and the preparation of communication templates. Your collaboration with multiple teams will be crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in guiding entry-level customers through their journey, addressing their fundamental needs as required.
  • Support the team with various administrative duties, including ticket allocation and the creation of email templates.
  • Conduct virtual demonstrations for customers to elucidate software functionalities as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Exceptional listening skills, logical reasoning, follow-through capabilities, a positive attitude, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Enjoys engaging with others and working in a team setting.
  • Proactive, independent, and solution-focused work approach.
  • Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian considered advantageous.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication abilities: Capable of effectively conveying information and fostering positive relationships with clients.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems: Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot for managing customer interactions and data.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to comprehend customer challenges, think critically, and assist in identifying suitable solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
