Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated Intern or Working Student to join our Customer Success Department. In this capacity, you will assist the team with various administrative responsibilities, including ticket management and crafting email templates. Your collaboration with multiple teams will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in an international setting, contributing to shared goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supporting entry-level customers, guiding them through their journey and addressing fundamental needs as required.
  • Aid the team with administrative functions, such as ticket distribution and preparing email communications.
  • Conduct virtual demonstrations for customers to clarify software functionalities as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong listening skills, logical reasoning, follow-through, a positive attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Collaborative and easy to work with.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Enjoys teamwork and communication.
  • Proactive, independent, and solution-focused work ethic.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively convey information and foster positive relationships with clients.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to understand customer challenges, think critically, and assist in finding suitable solutions or escalate as necessary.
