Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Hof. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers and colleagues in Customer Service
- Conduct training courses for customers and internal staff
- Coordinate technical inquiries and customer feedback with various departments (Sales, R&D)
- Select products according to customer specifications
- Create technical presentations and test demonstrations for customers
- Participate in benchmarking activities and market, competition, and customer analyses
- Support R&D colleagues in conducting and documenting technical trials and validating prototypes
- Support the supply chain team with immediate measures and finding solutions
- Prepare assembly instructions, supplier declarations, technical instructions, and statements
- Coordinate adjustments to the product portfolio (product catalogs) in conjunction with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain
- University degree in electrical engineering or civil engineering or comparable qualification
- Experience with processes and systematics in project and product management
- Knowledge of MRP
- Analytical, strategic, and technical thinking skills
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel, e.g., to external laboratories and customers
