Are you a seasoned software engineer with a strong affinity for Go and e-commerce? Join Invia Group as a Senior Go Software Engineer (m/f/d) and play a pivotal role in establishing technical benchmarks and best practices for our Go-driven systems. Your Responsibilities
  • Establishing standards and best practices for the Go programming language and promoting them throughout the organization.
  • Overseeing adherence to security protocols, coding standards, and other essential guidelines.
  • Conducting code evaluations and offering constructive feedback to fellow developers.
  • Training and mentoring junior and mid-level developers to enhance their Go expertise and skill set.
  • Actively engaging in resolving intricate technical challenges through programming and technical insights.
  • Collaborating with other teams to grasp requirements and devise technical solutions that align with business goals.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of software development experience with a focus on Go.
  • In-depth knowledge of Go language specifications and experience in developing and maintaining sophisticated backend systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting coding standards, security protocols, and best practices for Go.
  • Exceptional skills in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Experience in mentoring and training developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills and the capability to address complex technical issues.
  • A collaborative mindset and effective communication skills to work well with other teams.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, including in an agile setting.
