Senior Partner Manager

- Build and maintain a strong network of partners, including VARs, SIs, and strategic consultancy firms, to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including offer creation and contract negotiations.
- Manage an active pipeline of sales opportunities, both internally and externally.
- Participate in events and trade shows to extend our market reach and partner network.
- Collaborate with peers from Marketing, PreSales, Consulting, Product, and other departments to drive joint activities and sales growth.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Partner Management with a direct touch approach in key opportunities in the software industry, preferably with a solid understanding of IoT/Edge/SaaS scenarios.
- Strong networker with a strong active relationship network of partners, including VARs, SIs, and strategic consultancy firms, with international experience preferred.
- Strong sales personality with a solid work experience in complex sales scenarios, pain-chain analysis, and value proposition definition.
- Success-oriented individual and loyal team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in German and English on business negotiation level.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Professional user-level capabilities with regards to tools and software, such as CRM, Google, and Social Media.
