The Customer Service Organization at DuPont is seeking

Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d)

The Customer Service Representative serves as the vital link between our clients and various business and functional partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery and profitability for DuPont.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage order receipt and processing for international accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Anticipate customer needs and identify optimal solutions.
  • Differentiate between customer requirements and DuPont offerings to propose the most effective solutions.
  • Contribute actively to achieving business objectives, particularly within Customer Service.
  • Understand supply chain dynamics and collaborate closely with relevant functions.
  • Drive improvements in Customer Service processes as needed.
  • Engage daily with internal partners, including specialized teams, logistics, and credit departments.
  • Collaborate with commercial functions and account teams.
  • In case of service disruptions, swiftly identify solutions for customers and initiate corrective actions.

Your Profile:

  • Commercial education, such as logistics or business administration.
  • Relevant experience in customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
  • Fluency in German, English, French, and Spanish is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience with Sales Force is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A strong team player.
  • Proactive in managing customer service and order fulfillment tasks, capable of handling stress and multitasking effectively.
  • A strong customer focus, characterized by curiosity, an open mindset, and a drive for success.
