Postdoctoral Researcher in RNA Biology

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics. The successful candidate will have a strong background in experimental work in mouse models and/or in human or mouse 2D or 3D cell culture models.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct independent and collaborative research in RNA biology, focusing on the biological roles of noncoding RNAs and RNA-binding proteins.
- Apply a combination of methodologies, including NGS techniques, super-resolution microscopy, biochemical assays, proteomics, metabolomics, or other techniques, as appropriate.
- Work closely with the research group to design and implement experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
- Contribute to the development of new research projects and ideas, and participate in the supervision of students and junior researchers.
- PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, bioinformatics, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in methods to study RNA biology.
- Strong background in experimental work in mouse models and/or in human or mouse 2D or 3D cell culture models.
