Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional for the role of Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) Site Lead. This position is crucial for steering the technical strategy and providing leadership within our Process Engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:
The MS&T Site Lead will take charge of defining strategies that directly influence the safety, quality, and reliability of our manufacturing processes. This role encompasses:

  • Leading a dedicated team of engineers and scientists specializing in various manufacturing activities, including cell culture, purification, and aseptic filling.
  • Serving as the primary technical liaison for the site’s manufacturing operations across multiple value streams.
  • Building and maintaining a robust collaborative network to ensure ongoing technical support for manufacturing challenges and enhancements.
  • Collaborating with global Centers of Excellence and Process Owners to enhance process robustness through effective monitoring and lifecycle management.
  • Providing technical guidance for site and global taskforces aimed at resolving critical deviations and complex issues.
  • Understanding regulatory requirements and working closely with manufacturing and quality teams to streamline compliance processes.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related technical field (undergraduate or graduate).
  • Over 10 years of experience in Process Engineering or the commercialization of biopharmaceutical products.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a global matrix organization.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural, and international teams.
