We are seeking a Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) Site Lead to spearhead our Process Engineering division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for establishing strategic direction and providing technical leadership to enhance the Site's Manufacturing Value Streams, including Base Fractionation, Bulk Production, Aseptic Filling, and Visual Inspection.
- Lead a team of skilled engineers and scientists specializing in cell culture, purification, formulation, and aseptic filling for both liquid and lyophilized parenteral products.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for the Site's Manufacturing Operations across all Value Streams and Facilities.
Collaboration and Support:
- Foster and maintain a diverse network to ensure ongoing technical support for manufacturing challenges and enhancements.
- Collaborate with global Centers of Excellence, Process Owners, and Product Technical Stewards to bolster Process Robustness through monitoring, Quality by Design (QbD) lifecycle management, and standardization of global processes and technologies.
- Provide technical oversight for site and global Taskforces addressing critical deviations and complex issues.
- Possess a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, partnering with Manufacturing Value Streams, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to develop efficient compliance strategies.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience in Process Engineering or commercialization within the biopharmaceutical sector.
- A minimum of 5 years managing and collaborating within a global matrix organization.
- Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural, and international teams.
