Job Title: Technical Sales Representative - Project Business

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and support new and existing customers, providing comprehensive advice and guidance
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver solution-oriented customer consultations
  • Act as a liaison between customers and our project team
  • Develop and support projects, as well as assist with project order processing
  • Evaluate project inquiries and provide cost estimation and calculation
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and planning offices to ensure seamless project execution
  • Regularly report to management and team leadership on project progress and sales performance
  • Take ownership of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Be prepared to travel to DE/CH/AU/Benelux for business purposes

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Hold a commercial or technical degree in the woodworking industry, HVAC, TGA, construction engineering, or a related field
  • Possess several years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on holistic technical services
  • Have strong expertise in the renovation and refurbishment sector, with a willingness to acquire additional knowledge
  • Exhibit excellent customer care and order processing skills
  • Have knowledge of project business in the interior renovation of senior residences, public entrance areas, offices, and other similar projects
  • Be proficient in MS Office applications
  • Hold advanced English language skills (B2 level)
  • Be fluent in German
