Job Summary

Wholefoods Wholesale is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team in the Munster region. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our retail pharmacy customers, driving sales growth, and increasing market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the Munster region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail pharmacy customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize order capture technology to maximize in-store order taking and ensure planogram compliance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
  • Provide regular updates and market insights to the Field Sales Team Lead and Commercial Manager.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experience to existing customers and prospects.
  • Perform other position-related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably in the wholesale industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in sales to independent pharmacies and pharmacy groups.
  • Self-confident and a self-starter.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Residency in the Munster region.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of €38,000 per annum.
  • OTE monthly commission of €1,400 (€16,800 per annum).
