Stellenbeschreibung

Werde Teil unseres Teams als Sales Development Representative und übernehme die Verantwortung für die Gewinnung und Betreuung unserer Kunden. Du arbeitest in der Abteilung Inside Sales und wirst dort die Stepstone Produkte, wie z.B. Online-Stellenanzeigen, telefonisch an Neu- und Bestandskunden aus klein- und mittelständischen Unternehmen verkaufen.

Mit Deinem Engagement leistest Du einen wertvollen Beitrag, den Arbeitsmarkt der Zukunft neu zu gestalten – damit er für alle funktioniert.

Deine Aufgaben

Als direkter Kontakt vermarktest Du telefonisch unsere Produkte an die deutschlandweiten B2B-Kunden. Mit aufmerksamem Blick durchleuchtest Du den Markt und sicherst Dir stetig neue Kundenpotentiale. Mit individueller Beratung bindest Du Deine gewonnenen Kunden und erweiterst kontinuierlich Dein Portfolio. Du erstellst selbstständig Angebote und verfolgst diese bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Service ermittelst Du proaktiv weitere Verkaufspotenziale und Möglichkeiten, Deine Kunden zu unterstützen.

Qualifikationen

Du verfügst bereits über Berufserfahrung im telefonischen Verkauf oder hast eine große Begeisterung für den Vertrieb – auch motivierte Quereinsteiger*innen sind herzlich willkommen. Du hast Spaß am professionellen Verkauf von Online-Produkten per Telefon. Verkäuferisches Talent, Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterungsfähigkeit sind Deine Stärken. Du bist engagiert und hast den unbedingten Willen, Deinen persönlichen Erfolg durch die eigene Leistung zu bestimmen. Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse.
