Telecom Sales Representative Job Description

As a leading provider of IT personnel and commercial specialists through employment agency and service contracts, we support renowned national and international IT companies.

Our client is Europe's largest telecommunications provider, offering comprehensive solutions and services for various industries such as automotive, telecommunications, finance, trade, media, energy, and manufacturing, as well as the public sector and healthcare.

In collaboration with our client, we are currently seeking several employees (m/f/d) for the following position:

Telecom Sales Representative (m/f/d)Job Profile - ID 9607
  • Lead sales-oriented consultations with customers
  • Responsibility for the attractive presentation of products in sales areas
  • Sales of standard products and services (including cash handling) and clarification of customer concerns
  • Processing of customer orders and granting of leniency applications
  • Support for sales measures and independent updating of required specialist knowledge
Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail or sales (e.g. salesperson, sales specialist, retail salesperson)
  • Enjoyment of selling technical products and solutions from the mobile communications and telecommunications sector
  • Knowledge of the Telekom product portfolio or willingness to acquire it
  • Well-groomed appearance and sales and negotiation skills
