Position: Customer Excellence Manager

Your Role:
- Guarantee exceptional Customer Satisfaction while supporting Continuous Improvement processes.
- Lead a team dedicated to delivering seamless service from order placement to fulfillment.
- Initiate projects aimed at refining Customer Excellence processes and minimizing costs.
- Enhance distribution operations in alignment with the supply chain master plan.
- Achieve service levels and inventory objectives while adhering to cost constraints.
Core Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with customers and Sales teams through effective communication.
- Guide, support, and nurture your team and individual members.
- Conduct daily meetings to promptly address and resolve shortages or delivery challenges.
- Oversee the onboarding of new customers in collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Track and enhance service and logistics performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with carriers, service providers, and shipping companies.
- Ensure adherence to relevant Import/Export regulations and standards.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent apprenticeship with substantial experience in logistics, sales, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in team management within sales, production, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Understanding of strategic responses to external factors such as legislation and environmental considerations.
- Prior experience with dangerous goods shipments is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with export declarations and processes is a plus.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
