Your Role and Responsibilities
- As a Project Manager, you will take the reins of your own projects, particularly large-scale initiatives, with the advantage of possessing a C-level PM certification.
- You will oversee the operational execution of the projects within your portfolio.
- Your work will span international projects, collaborating with a diverse team of experienced professionals.
- Ensuring that our specifications align with customer requirements is crucial for maintaining a well-organized and efficient project.
- You will monitor milestones as outlined in our contracts.
- Managing the backlog is essential, ensuring that all requirements and tasks are clearly defined and prioritized.
- Your role involves organizing and defining solutions collaboratively with the entire project team, followed by effective execution.
- Engaging in continuous dialogue with various relevant stakeholders is key to your success.
- You will excel in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
- A degree in engineering is required.
- You bring over 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within the Rail industry.
- Your strong communication and teamwork skills enable you to navigate cross-functional and international environments effectively.
- You thrive in dynamic settings, adeptly prioritizing and managing project content.
- A high degree of solution orientation and initiative is essential.
- Fluency in both English and German, both written and spoken, is required.
