Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our EPC projects in the HVDC business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects from design to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage EPC projects from design to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and issue resolution
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including EHS and quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, management, and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and suppliers

Requirements

  • University degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Long-term experience in project management, including EPC projects and transmission business
  • Leadership experience, including personnel management, development, and team motivation
  • Track record of knowledge of economics in project business
  • Proven EHS leadership and advanced knowledge of compliance regulations
  • Business fluent English and German skills
