Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our EPC projects in the HVDC business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects from design to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage EPC projects from design to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
- Develop and implement project plans, including risk management, opportunity identification, and issue resolution.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements
- University degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Long-term experience in project management, preferably in the EPC business.
- Leadership experience, including personnel management, development, and team motivation.
- Track record of knowledge of economics in project business.
- Proven EHS leadership and advanced knowledge of compliance regulations.
- Business fluent English and German skills.
